BREAKFAST AT CASTLEVIEW Breakfast hours are generally between 8:00 A.M. and 10 A.M. However, as this is your getaway, actual mealtime will be established by consensus of all guests. If you have special scheduling needs, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. Breakfast is a sumptuous mix of healthy fruit, homemade baked goods, a hot entree, juice and coffee or tea. A typical breakfast might consist of; Breakfast Bananas Foster Doughnut Muffins with Cinnamon and Sugar Topping Pecan French Toast Maple Glazed Sausages If you have special dietary needs or would prefer a lighter breakfast, please inform us at the time of reservation. We are pleased to accommodate you. We will also tempt you during the day with home baked treats such as cream cheese brownies with refreshing lemonade during the summer or a warming cup of hot cocoa in the winter.
