Military Rate
As our thank you for the sacrifice you and your family make to our country, we will honor a 15% discount, excluding holidays. Can not be used in combination with other specials.

Corporate Rate
$89.00/night with continental breakfast, Sunday through Thursday.

Reservations and Deposit:
Reservations are recommended. A deposit of one night's lodging paid by personal check (received within 5 days of making reservation) or Master Card or Visa will be required to guarantee your reservation.

Cancellation:
We ask that as a small inn you will understand our need for sufficient notice in the event of cancellation. Your deposit, less a $25.00 cancellation fee, will be refunded if cancellation is made seven (7) days or more prior to reservation. We regret that the deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is made with less than seven (7) days notice.

Arrival and Departure:
Check-in time is 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Other mutually agreed upon times are possible with prior arrangements.

Smoking:
We are a non-smoking inn. Smoking is allowed on the decks or gazebo. Should there be evidence of smoking or use of incense, you agree to an extra charge of $200 plus expenses associated with all lost revenues that occur due to room closure for cleaning.

Children:
We are sorry that we can not accommodate children under 12.

Pets:
No pets, please. If you have a pet, we will gladly recommend an excellent boarding kennel.
